# Plotline

> Plotline reads the public record of Metro Vancouver's municipalities every week (council agendas, staff reports, public hearing notices, rezoning and development permit lists, building permit reports and open data), keeps one structured, sourced record per development project, tracks each project's stage (Application, Hearing, Approved, Permit) and publishes a free weekly digest at https://digest.plotlinebc.ca. The free digest shows this week's record in full. Plotline Pro (CAD 39 a month) keeps it current every day and adds each project's full dated history, every document gathered over time, watchlists, email alerts, CSV export, and an API and MCP server for AI agents; Plotline Team (CAD 199 a month) is Pro for five seats. Pro and Team launch together with the API; nothing is charged today.

Plotline is based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is independent and is not affiliated with any municipality. Issue 1 of the digest covers Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey and Vancouver. It is for subtrades, building-supply companies, realtors and presale marketers, investors and developers, architects and planners, and people who run AI agents for any of those. People on the waitlist get founding-member pricing, locked for 12 months, and first access when Pro launches with the API.
